A little chilly
We survived last night and were surprisingly warm. However we expect the temperatures to continue to drop over the next few days. The heater in the van is running ok at the moment. We have yet to run it all night. We have not been connected to electricity for the last 10 days. So far the solar panel and the leisure battery are keeping the lights and the fan for the heating system working which is encouraging. Tonight will be the first time we are in minus figures all night.
Today we had a couple of appointments to attend and whilst Rae was occupied I walked across the salt marshes near Totton.

Totton is well situated for walking and has a lot of variation.
The river Test is always a treat.

If we survive tonight we will be off on a walk tomorrow before picking up grandson from school.
