Car’s turn

Heavy rain last night and we still remain waterproof. Makes a nice change to be able too relax and listen to the rain without having to worry about getting wet.

Picked up grandson who continues to struggle with the concept of school to visit a scrapyard.

Trying to find parts for the van no luck but did give us a chance to try and encourage him to engage with the school effectively.

Dropped him off but had noticed a grinding noise from the front breaks of the car. Took it in and both front breaks needed replacing. The vehicles have been a constant drain on resources recently 😏.

The wind had dropped and the rain had ceased so we had a quick walk around the Totton waterfront.

Tomorrow we are meeting up in the forest for a walk with a couple of old friends. The weather looks good in the morning so fingers crossed.
