Catching up in the forest
We had arranged to meet up with Steve and Gill. Guys we had caught up with at the fringe and who had visited when in the highlands.

We had also returned from Scotland early summer to attend there sons wedding.
It was a little soggy underfoot but as most of the walk was on gravel paths it was manageable.

Fritham is a great place to walk and there are many circular walks starting at the carpark to suit all abilities and time available.

Saw a few dear both in the distance and on the path.

Although the dogs were blissfully oblivious . After the walk we adjourned to the Sir Water Tyrell for a perfectly adequate lunch.

Not bad for a pub garden view.
