Down day

Dull and overcast but mostly dry. The weather seems to have improved somewhat from the forecast. After a meal in the pub last night we spent a couple of hours in the local pub catching up with some of the locals we had met previously.

The morning was spent doing chores around the site.

Took Gordon for a stroll around the park.

That I believe is a Balkan chestnut tree.

There are some great views from the hill in the park.

Not bad for what is essentially our rear garden.

Tomorrow is looking like the best day for a while so we will probably go for walk if we can find a woodland walk to pander to Gordon's hatred of the sun.

The bird feeder actually had some featherd visitors today as well as squirrels we had the woodpecker family visit which is always a treat.
