Frustrated

A really frustrating day. Foot seems to have reversed its recovery and now if anything it's worse than when I first injured it. The only thing we can put it down to is walking home the other night I slipped off the pavement onto the grass. Not even a proper curb. So little sleep last night. All morning and early afternoon trying to work out what to do next.

Contacted podiatrist to be told that I would need to see a medic and request an MRI.

Then spent 3 hours trying to contact and speak to someone on 111. To be told that there wasn't anything they could do.

So eventually I've temporarily registered with the local GP and will have to try for an appointment at 8 tomorrow.

Frustrating as I was trying to find away to minamise impact on NHS .

We decided to set off for the beach as 40+ MPH winds were forecast.

It helped to blow some of the frustrations away.

Across the other side was the Law of North Berewick where we were a week or so ago.

That's the base rock home to the Gannets.

On a positive note the van is booked in for 9.30 tomorrow morning. Hopefully it won't take too long and I can squeeze my GP appointment in as well🤞.

It looks like the weather is set to improve. We had a very stormy night last night with a little water incursion to cope with. Not to serious luckily!
