Peace

It was windyer and wetter last night than the day of the storm. We had a great night last night with the Anchor House crew. Fought off a mild headache to make our way into Southampton for a peace rally.

Not a huge turnout but peaceful with families of all nationalities listening to speeches and stating their desire for peace.

The rain at times was torrential.

We were joined by sister and nephew. We have booked the coach for next Saturday for London.

Afterwards we drove to Eastleigh in preparation for Birthday celebrations this evening.

Took the dog for a quick spin around the local park.

The brook which is normally a slow trickle was fit to bursting following the recent rains.

Off out for a meal tonight and tomorrow for ex wife's birthday with the family.
