Snow rain and rainbows.

Constant rain in the night but woke up to a frosting of snow on the mountain. Did not last long but mountains obscured by clouds for most of the day. It’s strange to think that seeing snow in the middle of May is not all that out of the ordinary up here. Down south it would be an extraordinary event. We must be getting used too life up here. I’ve been walking around in high viz waterproofs all day and we had rain for the most of It.

Normal duties lots of comings and going’s as is the pattern here. Managed to fit in some training. Two couples from Totton area a little random 😎.

Once again if anyone is thinking of venturing north of the border I would advise picking an area and staying put. So many people are touring and spend the majority of the time driving from place to place whereas if you slow down a little you get to see so much more! All ready for an early start tomorrow as we head off to Inverness. First time we have left site for an overnight stay. Looking forward too exploring the city and may have to sample some of the legendary highland hospitality.

Forgive me if tomorrows entry is a little incomprehensible.
