We had a day of getting stuff sorted washing and Rae got on with a job she had in mind for a while. Namely getting the mold off the sky light blinds.
I helped by being an encourager and supervisor. It was a tough job but I took one for the team.
Yesterday was monsoon like. Today was beautiful in fact the most sparkling clear day so far.
The hills behind were crystal clear. After our chores we took the arduous route to Lidls.
In the distance was the rock of Gibraltar strangely this is the first time that we have seen it since we have been here . Anyhoo we continued our slog towards Lidl. It's unlikely that we will ever have to take such a tortuous journey to our local supermarket again.
We stopped for a rest and a chill out on the beach at one of the closed beach bars. One of our party was not impressed with the heat. Mind there's very few weather conditions that he would describe as Goldilocks. After we prised him out of his haven we completed our mission.
We got back rescued the washing before the brief rain set in . Nice rainbow.
We now have a period of sunshine and hot weather. I guess we will have to accommodate the dogs needs into our plans. I am hoping that we will be able too venture up into the hills that are a backdrop too our current stay at some point!
