Winchester campsite

Up early and I went out to meet on old work colleague for a walk. It was great to catch up with him. Rae met up with daughter i then popped into pick up Christmas present from mother in law in Eastleigh before meeting up at the campsite. It's a beautiful site with newly built and renovated facilities. The nicest shower block we've had the privilege to experience. Our life on the road is marked by the quality and power of the showers and these are magnificent.

The campsite is conveniently located on the outskirts of Winchester next to the science museum and planetarium. We popped over to see my sister and Gordon has been re traumatised by Higs the cat.

Tomorrow it's forecast torrential rain so even the views from the campsite will be obscured.

We now have a clear timeline for our escape to the sun so will start the planning process. We may pop into town to look at rucksacks at possible mobile Wi-Fi hotspots.
