OTTER SPOTTED briefly 😎🌈🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Another beautiful day in the highlands. Just enough of a breeze to keep little fellas away. We were all a little jaded from the night before but managed to perform the tasks required. A day of routine and outside tasks. Campsite looking good and ready for visit on Tuesday from the area manager. At this meeting we discuss future placements and hopefully with negotiation secure a mutually beneficial arrangement. The mountains surrounding us continue to change and are now a deep shade of green.

After work we walked down to the local loch to look for otters. Just the possibility of finishing work and looking for sea otters still blows my mind.

A 20 minute walk from work and today we saw them so tick ✔️ another one to add to the list.

Day off tomorrow weather maybe on the turn we have the possibility of a thunderstorm 🤞.

Still no major midge concerns despite being at top level. I hope they are not lulling us into a false sense of security. We are off to Oban on Wednesday for a couple of nights. The campsite is on the beach which will be another first 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🌈😎
