The long drive.

Still awaiting a call from the blog admin to try and sort out storage issues.

We got up reasonably early and left the sight at about 9 for the 6 hour or so drive to València. It was the best drive we have had so far in regards to scenery. There were dramatic mountains, cave dwellings, castles and sweeping panoramic views. The roads as always were traffic free dual carriages and very well maintained.

We arrived on the campsite a few miles from Valencia sandwiched between the beach and the salas. Vast areas of salt marsh and ice paddies. Totally unexpected. Huge flocks of birds we're like a black crowd circling to the horizon.

We are looking forward too exploring the area over the next 5 days.
